Chicks just use Halloween as an excuse to dress & act sluttier, when the only thing that's scary about them is the STDs :P
Act is the word to question.
I saw numerous shirtless men on Halloween. Slutoween goes both ways these days.
No, because men can't be sluts, while women are sluts almost by definition.
Let's think about this logically. Most girls will dress as an angel or tinkerbell but essentially be wearing lingerie with a wand and act like complete sluts anyways. At least in this case, the behaviour makes sense with the costume. This girl is definitely on to something... a rather witty and insightful conclusion I believe.
