The government owes you freedom of speech. OAW does not. Libel isn't protected by free speech, anyway.

You're guarenteed free speech, but where you can use it isn't. Ie: Every citizen has the right of free speech, but that doesn't mean every citizen is entitled to use it on prime time national television. Or a any website where they don't hold administration powers. (not to compare OaW to prime time or anything... :P)
